A. The regulations and table of organization are recorded for reference under the instructions made by Examination Yuan in Letter Kao-Sho-Chuan-Fa-Szu No.0942458011, dated January 20, 2005, and taken effect on Dec. 1, 2005.

B. This administration consists of two divisions, the Mortuary Affairs Division and Funeral Division, and a total of 7 members, including the director, 2 division chiefs, 2 staff members, one assistant, and a clerk.

　a.) Mortuary Affairs Division: In charge of the business pertaining to burial,
　　reburial, the management of the cemetery and memorial pagoda, the
　　supervision and patrol of the cemetery, etc.
　b.) Funeral division: Assist the public in dealing with general funeral work, funeral
　　affairs, cremation, etc.
